VIV PEYRAT
music fans across the globe with his fusion of harmonious and
breezy vocals backed by acoustics, electrics, and chops that
bring to life his style of pop, rock, funk, blues, & R&B with a
creative spin. Viv also brings vast experience as a stage & studio
guitarist with a repertoire and technique well beyond his years,
he has mastered the art form; from spacious soaring solos to
intricate, melodic lines.

Comfortable on the stage at an early age, Viv began playing in
various bands and advanced to Guitar Center’s Guitarmageddon
regional finals when he was only 16. Throughout the years Viv
has played with various bands at popular events including South
by Southwest, the Emergenza festival, and the Fourth of July
Festival at FDR Skatepark to name a few. Viv has had the
pleasure of recording with acts like modern rockers Johnny One
Match (formerly of Straitlaced), cabaret trip-pop artist Mia Sable
(LA Music Awards Female Singer & Songwriter of the Year), and
hardcore skatepunks Leiana (featuring skatepunk icon Chuck
Treece).

Viv was born in Paris, France and was raised in Philadelphia
before moving to Los Angeles to play the guitar professionally
which allowed him to blend the best of east and west coast music
seamlessly. Inspired by his father a session drummer in France
who got Viv interested in music at an early age, Viv began to take
up playing the guitar seriously by the time he was thirteen. Viv
notes his greatest influences as L.A.’s Michael Landau and Steve
Lukather along with Dann Huff, Eric Clapton, and David Gilmour.
Leading up to becoming a solo artist ready to release his debut
solo album, Viv attended the Musician’s Institute but really
cultivated his craft after playing with different bands along the
way. Now Viv is proud to introduce his debut EP with newly
released singles “In My Way”, “Could be you and me”, & “Speed of
Light”.
